The following activities are strictly prohibited on hdub4u. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

- Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
- Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting.
Hdub4u may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions or involvement in prohibited activities.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
- Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
- In compliance with court orders or regulatory authority directives.
Upon account closure, your verified balance will be returned; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts.
